Description
Steering Stabilizer for 1-1/8″ handlebars with mounting kit. This Damper mounts to the handlebar between the two handle bar clamps. If your handlebar clamps are connected on top or bottom you will need to cut them or purchase separate pieces. For Off-road and desert with self adjusting high-speed and ARC (adjustable free return to center). This steering damper mounts to the handlebar between the two handlebar clamps. You will need to trim the tank plastics slightly where the tank attaches to the frame just behind the top triple clamp. On an IMS tank you will need to trim the metal tab. The Acerbis tank will not fit with this damper mount. Handlebar positions are counted from the closest to the rider #1 out. Standard position may not be your bikes stock position please double check the handlebars position on your bike. This steering damper has 20 low speed adjustments with detente clicks. For Off-road and desert with self adjusting high-speed and ARC (adjustable free return to center). The linkage is greased and sealed for long life and is adjustable for wear. The unit as shown weighs approx. 1.0 Lb (454 grams) and is rebuildable.
- Kit requires no cutting.
- If your bike has a steering lock, it will need to be removed.
- This kit comes with the Parabolic damper, top & bottom handlebar clamps.
- Handlebar clamps must be ran in back position.
